I was playing FIFA and an error kept popping up, I restarted. After that I launched squad battles. The game crashed for about 60 minutes, after which the game update started. I launch it and get a permanent ban

Heppen like a month ago to a friend, now happen to me yesterday and now seeing all this check email and woala! So glad, already making a dispute for that but f yeah! the reason they give me was cheatting but im not doing objs because of I lose, didnd win 6/10-12 champions because left at the end but when started has no time, I send the appeal but they have 24 hours so this maybe was more like automatic.
And the message you receive that maybe was before ban like, I advice you and ban, when they unlock your account the message unread pops up,
I was doing an evo on rush and kept being disconnected from ultimate team. I gave up and closed the game, when I went into my email I was perma banned for cheating. I have more than 1000 hours between FC 24 and FC25 and I get banned with no previous sanction.
I’m writing to request further clarification regarding the permanent ban placed on my EA account, which has affected my access to Ultimate Team and other game modes.
I last played Ultimate Team using this account via Xbox and more recently on PC (which I purchased around May or June 2025). In my final Weekend League session in June 2025, I reached Rank 4. However, shortly after that, I received a notification informing me that my account had been permanently banned.
I have already submitted an appeal, but it was unfortunately rejected. Since then, I have not received any further updates or a detailed explanation for the ban.
In addition to Ultimate Team, I also actively play in a Pro Clubs competition as part of a league. Due to this ban, I am now unable to participate in those matches, which has affected my commitment to the league and my team.
I’m attaching a screenshot showing the current status of my case. I kindly ask for your help in reviewing this situation again or advising me if there is any other step I can take to resolve it.
I’ve always played fairly and respectfully within the community and EA’s guidelines, so this situation is very confusing and frustrating for me.
