Yep it's a horrible set up and a horrible business.
If you bought something from argos and pieces that are shown on the box were missing, the staff wouldn't argue with you.
After 2 hours of arguing, once they agreed your items were missing, they wouldn't say...I'm sorry but we have to check with our manufacturing and technical department.........oh and can you please go online and ask other people not employed by us what to do.....
No, they would instantly refund or exchange.
