Premium Pass purchase issue – coins deducted but no access

Hello, I’m having a problem with Ultimate Team. I purchased the Premium Pass through the EA Companion app. The coins were successfully deducted from my account, but I never received access to the pass. Can you please check this issue and grant me the Premium Pass or refund the coins?
