Purchase not credited

Last night I made a purchase of 1600 FIFA points, using my saved payment method, which was my credit card.
However, after the card was charged, an error occurred on the game page and my FIFA points were not credited.
I am looking for a solution to this problem, I opened a case, but I have not received a response.
I will wait.

If these points still haven't come through for you, you'll want to reach out to the live support team so they can take a look at your billing details and see what's happened- here on the forums we don't have access to your account info to take a look.
