lol that won’t fix this. Game and console has already been fully reset multiple times. They’ve messed it up nothing we can do our side

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Que for a DR game 10 seconds before and right as the new season starts.
What happens when the bug occurs? Did not give Option 2 rival rewards for Division 4
What should be happening instead? Give Rewards
I was waiting until DR rewards dropped to open them with my friends, when I jokingly pressed on the “play rivals button” as soon as the Season countdown ended. It then gave me a message saying that division rivals could not be played, and then it did not give any of my DIV 4 option 2 rewards.
Same here, didn’t get my weekly rewards.
Logging out, shutting down game, start game and logging in again. No rewards, n=1

They said that they still work on a solution. Same with the buggy season pass. I got booth Bugs no rivals rewards and no seasonpass rewards....

Ridiculous at this point, not a single official statement regarding this issue. You guys are going to lose some player base, with COD up and running, these issues, a dying game only 1 month after release, you trully don't know how to please your fans, and sure enough one by one will leave the game, sooner than later, mark my words.
