Reached “max daily points” as i completed the last Seasonal objectives

So, I got the 150 goals objective, but as i completed it and i went to check the FC Hub, it said i had reached my daily limit for SPs, in the moment i though **bleep** fine ok, came back the next day, still not able to claim the 1 of 2 90+ player pick or the 6x 90+ player pack. I realised it hadnt been exactly 24hrs so ive waited till today and its now been roughly 48 hours. Ive got the packs from completing the objectives, and the objectives are complete its just the season is not progressing so cant claim the last 2 rewards. 

Just wondering if this is a glitch or if it can be fixed? I play on Xbox Series X, and i have restarted the game to check.

     It just happened to me also so if you are waiting for 2 months I'm assuming they aren't doing anything about it. And when i said I'm getting this into a legal suing bringing everything into courtroom they left the chat. Without any explanation. I wrote how is this lawsuit gonna go down and the support just said "am i still there?" Like they were pretending i got disconnected however i wasn't. He didn't even wait for me to reply he just left immediately after he asked am i still online? 


    I have 4 more conversations all saved in which they are running away whenever i bring up a lawsuit. One of them even sent me a sketchy link after the conversation which ended him running away and leaving me a phishing link with a survey.. www something with ea.my.site.com . It doesn't sounds anything official like an ea link and this link was sent to me on the official support live chat ea site. They are a bunch of Indian scammers working as a support i guess they are cheap to pay. 

  • I posted a new topic for the same issue. Ridiculous that they dont prevent you from claiming objectives or give you any notification that you wont get SP and have hit a limit. 

  • Can we get some resolution on this? I’ve waited a week for mine. Has EA communicated anything on this?
