From the help page it says they won’t tell you anything about it quote below.
We’ll investigate it and take action according to our policies. For privacy reasons, we can’t give you information about our investigation or what actions we take on another player’s account.
If you get an email update from us saying we didn’t take action on the account, the case will be closed.
So I got no email saying anything about the case, but the case status is changed to "Closed", then what does that mean? Nothing found and then the case closed? Or there is an investigation result that is not appropriate to let me know and also cannot inform me about the relevant action?
I understand the privacy issue but if there is a result, at least please let me know there is a decision. I know there is email update about not taking action against certain reporting, but I did not receive that for this case.
