Report Case status abruptly changed to "Closed" without any answer

Just wanna see if the current EA policy is just to ignore cases. The story is that I made a report to EA on EA Help as I have encountered cheating player in the EAFC25 Fantasy FC Cup, back on 27Feb....

They won’t tell you if the user got banned or not. So you won’t know what action was taken.
