Season pass progress disappeared

Friday night after finishing weekend league I managed to get to level 33 and also claimed the level 

then I have played a game of friendlies with my friend and when I pressed on the season pass I saw that my progress was gone and back to level 0 

since Friday night I’ve been waiting to get this solved and after to many cases I’ve made with the EA help and no one was able to told me 

now I’m level 3 on the season pass and they are telling me that I’m still at level 33 at their end and on my end it’s an glitch
