Season pass rewards : menu lag when choosing player.

When choosing Season Pass rewards at level 25, I attempted to “claim all.”  However upon choosing Kobel first, the game lagged and I inputted “X” again causing my next pick to be Zubamendi, when My intention is to select Xhaka.  Please help
