I’ve had this problem for the past few days. The console I use is switch, and whenever I go to enter ultimate team I get stuck on an item pick screen, to reveal three items. However, I am unable to reveal anything or use any buttons on fc25 besides the home button, leaving me stuck on this screen, and unable to access ultimate team.
Having this exact same issue (frozen at exactly the same image as you’ve shown). Did you manage to resolve this? Any help appreciated
Exact same issue. Seems like a lot of people are having the same issue, even the same page. Can't even contact EA to ask them.
well mine is stuck on the home screen because the software closed halfway through a player pick and now i am stuck on the background with no Interactable sprites
Same issue here my 10yr old not happy! Been 3 weeks and can’t play the game! We’ve tried various things I spoke with Nintendo and they think it’s a bug and hope a patch/update will come soon. This is not EA though. So it’s useless until this happens- convienient seeing as switch 2 has just come out!! Any help or advise did anyone get it sorted?
I seem to have fixed this- went into companion and selected some items that were in items and then did quick sell- one had duplicated and wondering if doing this it resolved. Have got onto ultimate team and waiting for son to get home in hope I’ve fixed it!!!
I managed to sort this isssue tonight- went into fc companion and found 3 players or items - one was duplicated and managed to quick sell them for free and once got rid of them or added them- not sure what I did - ultimate team was then back up on console!! Son is happy
