Suspended for a system-approved username? No clear answer, no empathy.

Hi EA team,

I received a 3-day suspension under the reason “Inappropriate Reference – Drugs & Alcohol Misuse,” but no clear evidence or context was ever provided. My username is “oSupreme420o,” which your system allowed during registration. If the name truly violates policy, why was it accepted in the first place?

I have never promoted or referenced drugs in any way. This feels extremely inconsiderate and unsympathetic — not only was the decision made without warning or explanation, but every attempt to contact support was met with minimal replies, and no one has shown any willingness to reconsider or even recheck the situation.

It’s frustrating and unfair. I wasn’t given a chance to understand or correct anything, just punished and ignored.
