Transfer market in the web app

Hi I have started playing FC since February but in the Showcase version I unlocked the transfer market in objectives but since then I have not had access to the market from the web app I have already done all the steps to unlock it as having activated the game time on the console and in the app but still no access I recently purchased the full game but also still without the option enabled. would it affect that I started playing Ultimate team in the showcase version?
