Wrong reward given

I used the companion app to claim all rewards from season pass and it automatically selected the 85+x10 pack from level 35 instead of player item. I have not opened the pack yet. Is there any way to exchange the reward pack for the player? There were no clear guidelines in the app in how to claim all rewards since the premium pass came up. I really want that player and this is the reason why i have not will not open the pack.
