Players stuck in XI teams block offline custom tournaments

Players are internally locked to XI teams (e.g. Real Madrid XI), making them impossible to transfer even outside tournaments. XI squads can’t be edited, and the 17-player minimum blocks transfers permanently. This affects offline custom tournaments and squad editing.
