For now, you look like a company that sold a defective product and continues to collect money while remaining silent about the criticism! Yes, I understand that the law is on your side, and you are not a car company that can conduct a recall campaign, but remember that it is easy to lose your audience's loyalty, but it is impossible to earn money after such a situation.
So let's talk about the problems. Ideally, I would like to hear about the steps we can take to address them, or find out what work is being done to eliminate them.
- A large input delay is mostly a problem on PC. We've tried everything from reinstalling the game, changing the network, digging into the video card drivers and settings, to changing the device and reinstalling Windows.
- FPS drops to 5-10. This usually happens after a few minutes of gameplay, but some players experience it immediately. This is mostly observed on PC
- Disconnects. On all PC and console systems. All possible solutions have also been tried. It is pointless to send you logs or DX files, as thousands of them have already been sent.
At the moment, a huge number of people are suffering from these errors and are unable to play the game even since its launch. As far as I can see, the same problem was observed in FC25, and thousands of players threatened not to purchase FC26. We do not know if this has affected the current series, but the feedback is extremely negative. For now, you have just negative feedback, and you have not lost the community. We kindly ask you to provide us with answers, stay in touch with us, and correct your mistakes. We didn't just download the game from the internet; we paid you money!
