14-Day Ban for “Balance Transfer” After 2 Legit Days of Play
Hi all,
Yesterday my EA account was hit with a 14-day suspension for the reason: “We observed Balance transfer in Your EA Account.”
I’m really confused, because here’s literally everything I did:
- I got FC 26 through EA Play Pro, which comes with 4,000 FC Points.
- I used those points to open the tradable packs that came with it.
- I sold the players I packed on the transfer market for what I believed was their normal, fair market value.
- I’ve only played the game for 2 days total. I haven’t:
- bought or sold coins,
- used any third-party sites,
- done any dodgy transfers between accounts,
- or anything outside of standard gameplay and trading.
Despite this, I received a 14-day suspension for “Balance transfer.” I’ve already submitted a formal appeal: Case #231303160, but I wanted to post here because this feels like a false positive and I’m worried other legit players might get hit with the same thing.
If any EA staff or community managers can look into this, I’d really appreciate it.
If other players have had a similar issue (especially after using EA Play Pro / FC points and selling tradable pack players), please comment so EA can see this might be a wider problem.
Right now it’s pretty disheartening to be suspended after just two days of completely normal play.
