14 Days & Still Waiting - EA TOS Support is Unbearable

I’m a long-time EA/FC player who’s put tons of time and real money into this game—FC26 is my main game, and I’ve always followed every single TOS rule strictly. So it hit me hard when my account got banned out of nowhere, and I immediately filed an appeal on the evening of January 21st through the official EA Help form.

Now it’s been 14 full days with ZERO updates on my appeal status—it’s just stuck on "Pending" forever. I’ve contacted EA live support multiple times, and every agent said they have no authority to review or update my case—they can only forward a note to the TOS team, but I’ve never gotten any follow-up or even a simple update on when I might get a reply.

 the endless waiting is killing me. I’m so anxious, heartbroken, and stressed out that I can’t even focus on anything else. I check my appeal status dozens of times a day, just to see the same "Pending"—it’s making me feel hopeless, and I even have some terrible thoughts lately 😞.

I’m posting this for two simple reasons:

1. Find fellow affected players: If you’ve also been wrongfully banned from FC26/EA, filed an appeal weeks ago and got no response, or are stuck in the same "Pending" limbo—please comment below! I want to connect with you, share our experiences, and know I’m not alone in this.
2. Ask for your help to get EA’s attention: I’m begging everyone to upvote/boost this post—let the EA TOS team see how many loyal players are stuck in unaddressed wrongful ban cases. We just want a human review, a clear update on our appeals, or a fair resolution—nothing more.

EA, if any mod/TOS team member sees this: Please, pay attention to the pending appeals that have been waiting for WEEKS. We’re not asking for special treatment—just for our cases to be reviewed in a reasonable time, and for an honest answer about what’s going on with our accounts.
