Absolutely horrible game logic

This game has to have some of the worst game logic for the user i've ever seen, the ai opponet can sync up play and just know exactly where you're passing constantly block off passing lanes within milliseconds, and then the game switches to the absolute worst choice to defend an attack, i have to spam switch constantly and even using the R-stick to switch doesn't even work still just goes to the opposite side of the pitch. and don't get me started on passes, if you're using assisted passing it's the most trash thing ever, it's so slow and if you just power it up more it tries to go to someone across the pitch who has  3 opponets in between him and the person with the ball, or say i'm trying to pass to someone making a run with even just semi assisted passing STILL it just completely will decide for me oh yeah okay you're aiming at the dude offside no where near the person making the run!, this is my first, and last EA FC game, I will not be paying such high amounts of money, for a game that makes billions, to still fail at basic game logic and features that cost literally nothing but attention to detail, and actual time spent testing the game. Absolutely horrendous, turns people away, I'm sure if anyone else is buying the game from all the new hype around the World cup, or just because they have never had a fifa/fc they will see instnalty they wasted their money, matter of fact would it be please be possible to be issued a refund???
