Account hacked/ transfer banned

I was out of the house and not on my console when I received the message that my eafc 26 ultimate team account had been banned from using the transfer market due to coin transferring. Upon receiving this email I checked my companion app to see that all trade able items in my club had been sold and someone has then transferred the coins over to their own account. 

I have now added 2FA and changed my password to stop this happening again.

The 2 main issues here are that A) I have been robbed off around 100,00 worth of ultimate team coins from this hacker and B) that I am now banned from using the transfer market as this hacker has used my account for coin transferring. 

So I am begging in this circumstance that you are able to allow my account to use the transfer market again. This is the certainly the main issue. If you are able to compensate my account for this loss then that would be great, but I understand that this is not something you typically do.
Please if you have any questions or require any further explanation or evidence then get back to me ASAP. 

I sent this email to EA support but have had no feedback, is someone able to help me here?

    I wouldn’t bother doing that I have waited for 10 days not even an update from the ToS team 

     

    my account was logged into in China and coins 3m + players gone and I get banned when I’m clearly not a regular user of Chinese internet

    that’s wild…I had a similar situation like you, someone logged from another country and now I’m paying the consequence of getting banned.stevieshotz​

    I’ve had this same issue and submitted my appeal as the advisor said this is the only way to recover the 3million worth of content stolen from my account the appeal status just says transferred

    My current appeal status is showing transferred as well. I submitted 2 days ago, and yesterday it changed to that status. I’m praying that it get resolved because the transfer market ban makes me so unmotivated to play the game.

    I got another ban message from EA, like this is my second one and I haven’t even played the game. Not sure if I’m being trolled or not lol. But its so sad I can’t play the game I not played for 2 years 🥲

    Hey bushy528​,

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If it says transferred then they're still looking into it, so I can only recommend patience until they finish their investigation.

  • TigerJJAC1​ have you heard anything back yet? I’ve just had the same thing for about 500k coins and all tradeable players so logged a ticket to try and get it sorted.
