Account hacked/ transfer banned
I was out of the house and not on my console when I received the message that my eafc 26 ultimate team account had been banned from using the transfer market due to coin transferring. Upon receiving this email I checked my companion app to see that all trade able items in my club had been sold and someone has then transferred the coins over to their own account.
I have now added 2FA and changed my password to stop this happening again.
The 2 main issues here are that A) I have been robbed off around 100,00 worth of ultimate team coins from this hacker and B) that I am now banned from using the transfer market as this hacker has used my account for coin transferring.
So I am begging in this circumstance that you are able to allow my account to use the transfer market again. This is the certainly the main issue. If you are able to compensate my account for this loss then that would be great, but I understand that this is not something you typically do.
