Authentic Gameplay - Career mode tweek - World class + above

As a Career mode player, 

Something has to give with the Authentic gameplay, predominantly with World Class and above. 

The AI seems to operate more on the mathematics of coding and reaction times of the human, than to mirror actual error and physics of authentic football. 

It seems very obvious when the game is going to score against you, AI fires passes around almost to quick for a human to be able to cut the passing lanes.

AI defence can make a variety of challenges, normally from behind, that seems impossible for the human player to make.

But my biggest gripe, is the absolute lack of fouls on authentic gameplay, CPU will not make errors, CPU will not make realistic Fouls... It's just a pinball game.

 

Authentic gameplay feels more like a game of chess, it does not feel like a game of football that can contain errors, something needs tweaking.

    100% agree. Authentic on World Class and up is a bad experience. The AI needs to be completed reworked, they make way too many humanly-impossible actions and are extremely unfun to play against. Everything feels scripted and mechanical, from the way they pass the ball around, to their psychic-prediction defending, to interceptions with glue on their boots, and to them defending every inch of the pitch like you're 6 feet in front of goal. They are so aggressive with such a high press on defense it's ridiculous. You can just see the defenders charging after the ball no matter where it is. They never sit back and defend, always aggressive. I don't think the developers are football fans or have ever watched a game, tbh.  

    Yesterday, I was running towards goal with the ball with a defender on side of me, I did a quick right stick side-step with the ball, and the defender went from a full sprint in one direction, to a perfectly timed sliding tackle in the complete opposite direction. It was a Full Speed sprint in one direction, to a moving sliding tackle in the other direction, with no slowing down, no momentum, nothing. just a full speed 180 degree change of direction to make an absolutely unbelievable tackle at the top of the box. In real life, the defender wouldn't be able to even react that quickly to my direction change, let alone stop, turn, and then slide tackle.

    It is ridiculous and the reason i will not be buying FC27. 

     

    EDIT: Oh, and after playing like 50 matches in Kick Off, i think i have taken a free kick on my side of the pitch about twice. Not exaggerating. I think i have had two entire free kicks in my attacking third in 50 games. No fouls to be found. So lame.
