Switch 2 Transfer Market Access

Can the Rush objective be removed for Switch 2 to allow transfer market access? 

Have played for last two weeks and can’t start a single Rush game. 

Tried different times of day including peak times and also gathering some players in the lobby to no avail.

A quick google would show how widespread the issue is.

Graduated transfer market access can easily be through other means.  

Restricting access to a significant feature of the game could have legal repercussions in multiple jurisdictions around fair trading obligations as many users making the purchase would have a reasonable expectation of access to this key feature without the difficulty many are facing.
