Just beat Frankfurt who were FIRST in the league 10-2 on Ultimate difficulty with the sliders buffed all the way in the CPU's favour and it was still a walk in the park this isn't a humble brag by the way, the CPU/AI is genuinely incompetent, Ultimate difficultly does not work and is literally broken, this is NOT enjoyable in the slightest it's boring, predictable and too easy.
When FC 25 first got released (YES FC 25) Ultimate difficulty was a nightmare to play against, it was a genuine challenge which I enjoyed, the CPU were so intelligent with their attacking play and defending, now ever since November 2024, the CPU has been dumbed down to the point where they're literally useless, in the first months of FC 25's release I dropped so many points in my Lyon save due to how good the AI was.
It's evident that Ultimate difficulty doesn't exist anymore, and that no matter the difficulty, you'll be playing against Amateur level AI, how this hasn't been fixed is ridiculous, it's obvious that this a gamebreaking bug it's either that or you've genuinely coded the game to appeal to casuals who are awful at the game, in order to make them feel better.
Nevertheless for FC 27 please fix the difficulty and the CPU/AI's attacking and defensive capabilities, the attacking logic is terrible on their end, and the defensive logic is even worse.
In the FIFA era, Ultimate difficulty was a genuine challenge, whatever you did there, revert back to that please.
