Career mode bug

I’ve seen other complains about this and it’s now ruining my career mode.

My assistant manager is dealing with transfers which is already a big problem, but THEN the assistant manager never even makes an agreement of some sort to sell the player!!!!

So it is stopping me from selling players and is RUINING my career mode and many others peoples career mode.
