Career Mode gameplay and transfer realism.

The transfers in Manager Career Mode are very unrealistic and robotic. For example, big clubs like Barcelona can sell their young players who have star potential for very cheap prices. You can buy almost all young talents without any difficulty.

For instance, an English player with a rating of 64 and a potential of 90 can transfer to an ordinary team in Turkey. Transfers should be much more realistic.

In addition, even in the Authentic Gameplay Mode, the CPU plays in an unrealistic way. There are too many one-touch passes and simple ball losses. The CPU also rarely attempts long-range shots and almost never makes crosses.

The gameplay style feels very robotic, and all teams tend to play in the same way. Career Mode needs further improvement.
