Career mode idea for the future

I love the career mode but I had some great suggestions for you guys to maybe add it to the game. First one is to add a method that you can scout players in the youth tournaments. Like if you see someone good in the youth tournament, that you can scout him and buy/loan him. This will add more variation to the game instead of only scouting from scouts.
