Career player idea

For player career mode, bring back the old system where we could request transfers or loans, both in summer and winter, and where clubs made the offers, not us choosing our destination. While this aspect is good because it allows for realistic career choices, it should be the clubs who decide whether or not to sign us. Also, at the beginning of career mode in FC26, when you choose "personal," you start at 71, which is too high; you should start at 65 like in FC25.
