Youth Tournament Bug

So…I‘ve never seen this before and haven’t come across anyone else that’s had this issue. In manager mode, I played a youth tournament with my youth squad and won the tournament. Now, I can’t play anymore youth tournaments because the number of days till the next one starts keeps increasing instead of decreasing. I don’t really feel like waiting 1,961 days for the next youth tournament lol. What can I do to fix this?
