CHAMPIONS REWARD BUG

I was in my last game and won it 5-3 so i was expecting go get my 8 wins but when the game finished it gives me an error and kicks me out of ultimate team, when i loaded back in it counted as a loss and only got 7 wins i hope ea can fix this problem i have the clip of it happening too
