Clubs 20k XP

It seems crazy to me that the free 20k xp for clubs, promised on the 6th of april, was promoted to level up a 'new build' or my 'favorite build' if then I can only use it on a build with a level lower than 60.

I was under the impression, which I would argue valid, that I could use this 20k xp on any build regardless of its level.

I just recently upgraded my favorite build above level 60, using the real world money bought EA points. Only to find out now I better saved my money.

I feel like I bought this under false pretenses presented by your promotion of this free 20k xp.

I think how this was promoted, there should be no level cap applied to the use of this 20k xp boost.
