Your ideas around adding free agent managers, national team managers, and improving immersion (like VAR cutscenes and job systems) are really interesting and would definitely add more depth and realism to the mode.
Licensing can play a role in what’s possible, but feedback like this helps highlight what the community would love to see.

No worries, it’s some suggestions I’ve been thinking about for a while now and just think it would be some of the best changes that they could bring in and completely change career mode. I think the fans and player would absolutely love it.
I get licensing is a problem but like I said EA is one of the biggest game developers in the world and EAFC one of the biggest games, without being rude or anything I think pay the money and get the licenses in place to do something like this, I think it would really boost career mode and put it up there with ultimate team as the most popular mode and make career mode 10000000x more realistic and enjoyable.
I hope somehow this reaches EA head office and it they bring it into the next career mode 😂
