Forum Discussion
Dear EA Sports Support Team,
I am writing to share feedback regarding the Team of the Year (TOTY) promotion, overall gameplay experience, and transparency around pack weight in EA Sports FC.
Over the past two years, I have consistently saved and opened a significant number of high-value packs during the TOTY event. Despite this level of engagement and time investment, I have only been able to pack a single TOTY player. While I understand that rare items are meant to be difficult to obtain, the current system makes it very difficult to gauge realistic expectations as a player.
In addition to pack odds, I would also like to raise concerns about server performance and gameplay consistency. Issues such as input delay, inconsistent responsiveness, and connection-related gameplay differences can heavily impact competitive matches and overall enjoyment of the game. These problems are especially noticeable during peak hours and major promotional events.
Another concern is how far TOTY cards sit above the general power curve, particularly with multiple PlayStyles+ and significantly boosted attributes. While these cards should feel special, the gap between TOTY items and standard or SBC-accessible players can make the experience feel increasingly pay-to-win, especially in competitive modes where team quality can outweigh player skill.
I truly enjoy EA Sports FC and the FUT mode, which is why I care enough to raise these points. Greater transparency around pack probabilities, continued improvements to server stability, and a more balanced approach to the power curve would go a long way toward strengthening player trust and long-term engagement.
Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. I appreciate any consideration you can give to improving transparency and the overall playing
