FC26 Manager Career Mode Possible Improvements
Career mode has a great potential but still requires so many changes. Here are my suggestions to improve career mode expreience.
- Coach system is too straightforward. Option to focus on specific players to improve them even faster would be cool.
- Choosing which player to subsitute for quick sim with their min so we can maximize our win chance while using our subsitute players effectively.
- Quick sim feels so random. Needs to be more stable. Players get use to some tactic should increase stability of better results. Home advantage should be increased with more loyal fans.
- More filter for instant scout setting. For example descending overall order to find best players. Descending order for highest potential. Looking for specific stat min filter etc.
- Some random events that make top players leave their club and become free agent after refusing contract renewal or selling some players so much cheaper than its market value because of club debts.(For example Osimhen loaned out because of an arguement with club, Tammy Abraham sold for cheaper price because of debts of Milan).
- Fanbase of club should be increased with international success. There can be social media accounts of team. Followers can be increased with international success. Getting more sponsorship with more success and getting higher budgets.
- Getting international success makes it possible to higher overall players to join your team. Even after winning chapions league title, players with higher overall don't want to join my team.
- It would be great if we could pay for players in installments instead of paying the full amount upfront.
- Fanbase of team can be a reason players to choose over money. When we increase our international reputation enough, we should be able to sign players for cheaper wage.
