FIFA’s Ban System Needs to Change

I want to raise awareness about the current FIFA ban system and my personal situation.

 

I have been banned from the transfer market, even though I have not intentionally violated any rules. I genuinely believe this is a mistake, and I have tried to resolve it through the official appeal process.

 

However, I have now reached a point where I am no longer even given the option to submit a third appeal. My previous appeals were reviewed, but I was still not reinstated, and now the system simply does not allow me to continue the process.

 

I understand that rules are important for maintaining fairness in the game, but in cases like mine, where a player is truly innocent, the lack of proper human review and the inability to fully re-evaluate the case makes the system feel unfair and closed.

 

I’m not asking for special treatment — only for a fair chance to have my case properly reviewed again.

 

I hope this brings awareness to how the system currently works and encourages more transparency and better support for players who believe they were wrongly banned.

    In our dreams, many of us are in the same situation, I even managed to get my ban reversed to get banned again 4 days later and having to deal with this most excellent of appeals systems

    Check section 15 of the user agreement, it’s the only hope you’ve got

    Nah I really thought that they would realize it was a mistake and will remove it but after going through that bs I don’t even wanna play I’m trying new ufl football game

    I don’t blame you, after being treated like this for no good reason, I ain’t touching another FC game in my life.

    They can do whatever they want even if it is wrong and don’t have to justify it to anyone.

    Hey, I’m in almost the exact same situation and wanted to share my experience.

    I’m a free-to-play FC 26 player, two years in, never bought or sold coins. I got restricted after a few sales during the La Liga TOTS period when the market was highly volatile. Some players spiked due to evo speculation and buyers simply willing to pay above market value on public listings. I had zero control over that.

    Just like you I’ve submitted multiple appeals and keep getting the same automated rejection with no specific transaction mentioned and no real explanation. It’s clearly not being reviewed by a human.

    The frustrating part is that tradable pack rewards, duplicates, SBC fodder, all of it is stuck. As a free-to-play player the whole point of trading small margins is to fund evos and SBCs. Without the transfer market that’s basically gone.

    I completely agree with you that the system needs proper human review for cases like ours. An automated system flagging isolated high-price sales without looking at the full account history is not a fair process.

    Just don't give up. I'm having the same issue. Already made a huge post about it. We need to keep talking about this, even if they try to hide us. THIS WILL NOT STAY LIKE THIS! Keep telling everyone, keep posting about it. Keep seeking your justice. Just don't give up. Because it is all they want.
