Fix your game

Pre ordered the game and decided to use the free trial. I can get on the game but it’s only showing ea fc news and training. Pls fix this so we can use our 10 hours free trial. Some payed for ultimate pass to get this and it hasn’t been resolved (game released 3 days ago)
