Game crashes or freezes during online play

Hello EA Support,

I’m facing a serious issue in EA Sports FC 26 on my PS5 (Online Seasons mode).

No matter which team I pick — for example Bayern Munich — the game always loads a completely different match. It first showed LA Galaxy vs LA FC, and after I changed my preferred home stadium to Real Madrid’s, it now loads Real Madrid instead.

After kickoff, the game crashes back to the PS5 home screen every time.

I already reinstalled the game, tried multiple teams, changed networks, and made sure both my PS5 and game are fully updated.

It seems the server assigns the wrong team or stadium ID during matchmaking, possibly a Los Angeles region cache or mapping bug.

Please investigate or escalate this issue.
