Game crashing every single time and no sound

I bought EA FC26 through the EA app.  The game initially did not start due to outdated drivers. After updating the drivers, it continued to crash at the loading screen. After running the EA app as an admin, the game started. However, now it crashes after 5-6 minutes - regardless of whether I am playing a match or staying at the menu. It crashes every single time. 

Additionally, the game goes mute as soon as I start the game and arrive at the menu.

It's been almost a month since I bought the game, and I have not been able to play a single match yet.
