Game Crashing From Pre Match Cutscenes

When entering a match in manager career mode,(may also affect other modes but this is all I know) the pre match cutscene crashes my application every single time. The only way to bypass this is by skipping the cutscene but even then, the game will still crash occasionally before I can even skip the cutscene. This makes the game physically unplayable and I don’t think it’s fair that I have paid for this game just for it to crash 6 times before I’m able to skip a cutscene. Please fix this asap or I will be demanding a refund considering I can’t even play the game.
