Getting my season reward

Saved 100+ 81-86+ packs, best I got was gold bellingham. So I decided to secure the Völler card from the season pass. I received the packs instead of Rossi, but I didn’t get Völler. I’ve waited about 12 hours and still no sign of him… It says I’ve claimed him. Nothing in the discard batch, nothing in the store, nothing in the Club. Feel free to refund all the money I’ve spent this season if you can’t even deliver a functioning game.
