James Rodriguez - failure to add this player too ultimate team. NO EXSCUSE

I have been a long FIFA fan mostly for playing with James Rodriguez as I was a huge fan after his golden boot run. I became a soccer fan and love playing him and using that player and ultimate team. with his notoriety and tremendous backing I find it egregious that this platform and company has yet to use the funds to create an ultimate card for this player. I would like to share my frustration with EA before I request a refund because their lack of updating and adding players is infuriating. how can you have one of the most popular players from Columbia not added with a special card or create a card to add him now that he's on Minnesota. The lack of understanding while you continue to create additional features without adding The most popularizing players. please explain why you have plenty of resources but have yet to update this player. please use your ample resources to create this player ASAP. much appreciated and don't understand why it's taking so long.
