How to report cheaters?

How can i report a cheater?

The last 3 WL's i have lost 1-2 games by cheaters where i cant control my players and the all have white indicators above the head

You maybe look into that cheat and give a way to report the cheater

It's hidden, but follow these steps. I've reported a few players but I doubt, even with visual **bleep** proof, they actually do something about it
