hackers EA don't care

EA can you please get rid at least the hackers from this unfinished crap game? How can Maguire cb (pace around 40) can run faster than Mbappe??? How in the world people(users and players) who can barely pass, they press pause and in 5 seconds are untouchable? (skills, passes, etc) and my players cannot even pass a 5 yards ball, empty net shots outside the target from 6 yards box (this is physically impossible )? I reported so many hackers with videos and you've done absolutely nothing. Guess what they are still playing with the same user names. How the are playing with cb instead of st and they are better than Mbappe on finishing and skill moves( common gold cards no evo).  WTF. Last year few days before ending the membership I cancelled it, but EA being EA you took the money a week before. It says nothing in terms and conditions. 

From 5 games 3 are with hackers!

Why can you keep on top of cheaters on BF6 but you don't do nothing with fifa???
