I need your help EA

I woke up on email from EA says that i got a permanent ban for cheating 

I submitted an appeal and its been 3 days and there is no response from the TOS i really did not do anything i did not cheat or use hacks or sell or buy coins i did not do anything above the rules i just want the TOS to review my matches and every thing about my account please i need any solution to this problem 

I putted a lot of effort ,time and money in this account and i don't have money right know to buy another account please just review my account an do what's right EA

I really did not do anything wrong please i need your help EA

I really need my account back before Thursday to play rivals and get the rivals rewards please EA

all i am asking for is justice
