I would like to share a suggestion regarding EA FC 26, specifically for Manager Career and Player Career modes.

A large part of the Career Mode community is deeply invested in player development, youth prospects, and long-term progression. Building a team over many seasons, developing young talents, and watching players reach their full potential is at the heart of the experience.

Currently, Icons and Heroes are great additions to the game, but in Career Mode they appear at an advanced age, often close to retirement. This significantly limits their appeal for players who want to build a long-term project.

A truly exciting feature would be to offer young or early-career versions of Icons and Heroes, featuring:

• A realistic young age (for example 18–21),
• Balanced starting attributes,
• High but realistic potential,
• Full integration with existing progression, training, and dynamic potential systems.

For a community that loves developing players from scratch, being able to do the same with football legends would be an extraordinary and unique experience. It would allow players not just to relive history, but to rewrite it, shaping the careers of iconic players from the very beginning.

Such a feature would greatly enhance immersion, replayability, and creativity within Career Mode, while staying perfectly aligned with its core philosophy: growth, progression, and long-term vision.
