Improve Authentic Gameplay AI

I’m not sure if anyone from EA will read this, but I really hope you do. Please improve Authentic Gameplay.

The feature has a great foundation, but right now it simply isn’t a decent challenge. Career Mode players want realism, we don’t want to win every match. If we manage a bottom-of-the-table side, we should struggle against top teams. That’s what authenticity means.

At the moment, the CPU feels far too passive. It barely attacks, and it’s way too easy to win the ball back just by applying a bit of pressure. The AI also never tackles. How is it possible to play around 10 matches without seeing a single foul or free kick? That’s not authentic.

The same goes for the CPU’s attacking threat, I can go 10 games and concede one goal. And I’m not playing as Real Madrid or PSG even with League Two teams I can dominate Manchester City. That’s just not realistic.

I’ve tried every AI behaviour option — Tactical, Dynamic, Custom — and none of them fix it. The gameplay still feels lifeless and predictable.

Please, EA you did a great job introducing Authentic Gameplay, but now it’s time to take it further.
Make the CPU more aggressive, more creative, more dangerous. Give us Career Mode players a genuine challenge.
