Injury frequency in career

I feel like when I play career mode on authentic my player don’t really ever get injured. I play mostly realistic career modes so I really wish there was something like a injury frequency setting so we can put it in “no injury, low, normal and high/realistic”

I feel this would put a more realistic touch on career mode
