My name is Irfan, and I run a shisha lounge in Stuttgart Germany. I would like to offer my guests the opportunity to play EA SPORTS FC (formerly FIFA) on a PlayStation in my venue.
This would not be part of a commercial tournament or event — it would simply be a leisure activity for guests, similar to having a pool table or dartboard available.
I would like to make sure that I am using your product in full compliance with your licensing terms. Could you please confirm whether this type of use is permitted in a business setting, or if I would need to obtain a specific license for it
The EA Services are licensed to you, not sold. EA grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable (i.e., not for sharing), revocable and non-exclusive license to use the EA Services to which you have access for your non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.
