Lost 1.5 mill coins

I haven’t played fifa since fifa 20 around and didn’t know evos make the card untradable I packed toty mariona in a tradable pack and spent 100 coins to make the card flash and that makes it untradable is there any way I can get the card back to normal so I can sell it.
