Major issue : No save/load option on manager career

I was really excited to experience ea26 on the new PS5 especially manager career mode , but I have now created two different manager careers and both times once I save my progress I can no longer load in and continue where I left off on manager career mode the only options I have are to create another career mode to just end up experiencing the same issue again , which is strange because player career is working just fine on saving and loading back in where I left off , it’s almost getting near a month since the game released and it’s extremely stressful how no updates or resolutions to this have been presented , I’ve been playing ea sports football games since the early 2000’s and have never experienced something this frustrating.
