Manager Career Mode – Player conversations not showing + Youth Academy edit bug

I’m playing EA FC 26 Manager Career Mode (PS5, Ultimate Edition early access) and there’s a big problem with player conversations. Even though I set “Conversations = Stop” in Advance Customization, the game never stops and the messages don’t pop up. Because of that I don’t see when players are unhappy, and now a few of them asked for a transfer without me ever getting their complaints.

Also there’s another issue – youth academy players in Edit Player can’t have their socks changed, they are always stuck on mid and I can’t move them up or down.

Career Mode is really hard to play like this, hope this gets fixed soon in a patch.
